Bike the Benchlands is a community cycling event and charitable fundraiser with proceeds going to Rotary Youth Programs. Rotary Club strives to celebrate Healthy Communities by developing and growing the popularity of cycling in our area and the opportunities cyclo-tourism can bring to the local community.
The route is self guided. All riders are to follow rules of the road and obey all traffic signs
Each distance includes a map and refreshments such as coffee, muffins, and fruit before the ride. During the ride, there will be rest stops where you can enjoy snacks and drinks. After the ride, lunch will be provided at the Fleming Centre. Additionally, you will receive a Bike the Bench treat bag, which includes a complimentary bottle of wine to take home.
Embark on a delightful and leisurely flat cycling adventure through scenic routes. Along the route, you'll stop to visit one brewery and two wineries. The tour begins at 10:30 am. Registration for the tour will open at 9:30 am.
